Yes, that’s right, our resident blogger “Sunny” will be representing Qtrax.net.au in it’s first official visit to the United States of America. Cities on the itinerary look to include the musically inclined Memphis, New Orleans, New York City, Honolulu and Miami. While sites visited are likely to be Elvis’ Graceland and Sam Phillip’s infamous Sun Studios where the King gave birth to Rock ‘n’ Roll, perhaps the Gibson guitar factory or even Jim STewart and Estelle AXton’s notorious STAX Records Museum where Soulsville came to pass with Booker T & the MG’s, Sam & Dave, Otis Redding and Isaac Hayes.
Well where ever Sunny ends up, we look forward to hearing all about it when she returns musically enriched from the land of the free and the home of the brave, the land of the blues and the home of rock ‘n’ roll, the land of Stevie Ray Vaughan and the home of Jimi Hendrix … we could go on !
