Recorded in 2006 and lifted from their ‘Oh No’ album, the video for ‘Here It Goes Again’ by OK Go won the 2006 YouTube Video Award in the Most Creative category. The official filmclip shows the band performing a dance routine (of sorts?) in a single continuous take and has now been viewed more than 47 million times on YouTube. OK Go also performed their infamous ‘treadmill’ video live, yes live, at the 2006 MTV Video Music Awards – and again in a continuous take – impressive.
Four young lads from Granbury High School loved it so much they performed this routine live on stage for their high school. Check out the ‘OK Go Granbury Comparison Side by Side’ video below just to see how well these kids did against the original filmclip – they’re bloody good and it’s a cack !
